How To Use

Add to Balancing Shampoo bottle or use straight from the pouch. Wet hair thoroughly. Pump 2 - 3 times from the bottle or pour about 10ml and work the product on the scalp by massaging it with the tip of the fingers. Breathe in and let the natural fragrances from the oils relax you. Rinse off completely. Repeat the process if needed.

Purified Water, Guar Gum, Lauryl Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Coco-Glucoside, Vitamin B5 Panthenol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Vegetable Glycerin, Coconut Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Benzyl Alcohol/Salicylic Acid/Glycerin/Sorbic Acid;

Purified Water – Cleansed from contaminants and minerals to work better with the rest of the ingredients and hair.

Guar Gum – Adds volume, conditions without build-up, smoothes, and eliminates frizz.

Lauryl Glucoside – Cleansing agent made from sugars and lipids.

Decyl Glucoside – Cleansing agent made from sugar.

Coco-Glucoside – Cleansing agent made from sugar and coconut oil.

Vitamin B5 Panthenol – Helps the ingredients penetrate the hair shaft and improves moisture retention. Protects hair from breakage.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate – This is not a sulfate. Organic salt that removes oils and bacteria without irritating the skin. It is completely safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate – This is not a sulfate. Organic salt and alcohol used to replace the harsh sulfates, it will cleanse the hair, but will not strip the moisture from hair.

Vegetable Glycerin – A natural humectant that is derived from plant seed oils.

Coconut Oil – Rich antioxidant, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial. Its essential nutrients are lauric acid, which nourishes the hair with vitamins, minerals, and medium-chain fatty acids. It improves scalp health, fights infections and supports hair growth.

Eucalyptus Oil – Antibacterial, anti-infectious, antiviral, and antiseptic properties. Helps stimulate scalp circulation and promotes hair growth.

Tea Tree Oil – Promotes hair growth by unclogging hair follicles and nourishing the roots.

Benzyl Alcohol/Salicylic Acid/Glycerin/Sorbic Acid – A tiny bit of preservatives that are non-harmful and help keep the pH balanced.

Which countries do you ship to? 

We ship worldwide from our Canadian warehouse in Vancouver, BC.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping within Canada on orders over CAD $99. For orders under $99, there is a standard shipping rate of CAD $9.99.

Free shipping to USA on orders over CAD $150. For orders under $150, there is a standard shipping rate of CAD $15.99.

For rest of the world: CAD $50 for standard shipping on all orders. 

If you are a part of our N-Club loyalty program, you can take advantage of lower shipping rates or free shipping on all your orders depending on your loyalty member status.

What are the shipping times?

Orders are prepared for shipping from our warehouse in 1-2 business days.

For standard shipping within Canada, ship times range from 2-7 business days.
For standard shipping to the US, ship times range from 2-7 business days.
For all other countries, ship times range from 7-14 business days. 

Will there be customs & import fees?

For orders shipping outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

How do I track my order?

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to dispatch. To track your order, login to your account through our online store and click into your recent order(s). We'll also email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number after your order has dispatched.

How do I start a return?

Please consider the environmental cost and impact before starting your return. Billion pounds of returned goods end up in landfills each year. In case you receive an
item that might not work for you, consider giving it a second life by offering it to someone else who will appreciate it.


If you want to proceed with a return, please email us at info@nou-rish.com with your order number as your subject line (or reply directly to your order confirmation emails). Item must be purchased within the last 30 days. 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Gently used items, can be returned for store credit only.

All Items discounted more than 50% of original price are final sale, no exchange and refund are accepted.

Shipping costs to return your item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. 

Do you make exchanges?

No, we do not. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if it is eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@nou-rish.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us immediately at info@nou-rish.com with your order number as your subject line. If your order has dispatched, you will have to wait to receive your package and send it back to us unopened.
