Get Well Nail Recovery:
For intensive care and nail repair:
Week 1: Apply directly to clean bare nails. Layer a new coat of Get Well Nail Recovery to nails daily, and on the third day, refresh application. To do so, clean each nail with Strengthening Lacquer Remover. Then, restart the cycle with a fresh layer of treatment.
Week 2: Apply one coat of Get Well Nail Recovery to nails every other day, layering over previous application for one week. On the 7th day, remove the treatment with Strengthening Lacquer Remover.
Week 3: Apply one coat to clean, bare nails. Nail polish application can be revisited during this period; Get Well Nail Recovery may be worn under polish as a care-intensive nail primer. *
Week 4: Swap out Get Well Nail Recovery and incorporate Nail Hardener & Base Coat, a strengthening foundation that enables long-lasting manicures while continuing to help fortify nails. For regular maintenance and care of healthy nails, repeat this process every three months
Cuticle Nail Oil: Apply a small amount to cuticles daily, massaging in a circular motion. For severely dry cuticles, apply frequently throughout the day. May be used on bare nails or over polish.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our Canadian warehouse in Vancouver, BC.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping within Canada on orders over CAD $99. For orders under $99, there is a standard shipping rate of CAD $9.99.
Free shipping to USA on orders over CAD $150. For orders under $150, there is a standard shipping rate of CAD $15.99.
For rest of the world: CAD $50 for standard shipping on all orders.
If you are a part of our N-Club loyalty program, you can take advantage of lower shipping rates or free shipping on all your orders depending on your loyalty member status.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are prepared for shipping from our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
For standard shipping within Canada, ship times range from 2-7 business days.
For standard shipping to the US, ship times range from 2-7 business days.
For all other countries, ship times range from 7-14 business days.
Will there be customs & import fees?
For orders shipping outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to dispatch. To track your order, login to your account through our online store and click into your recent order(s). We'll also email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number after your order has dispatched.
How do I start a return?
Please consider the environmental cost and impact before starting your return. Billion pounds of returned goods end up in landfills each year. In case you receive an
item that might not work for you, consider giving it a second life by offering it to someone else who will appreciate it.
If you want to proceed with a return, please email us at info@nou-rish.com with your order number as your subject line (or reply directly to your order confirmation emails). Item must be purchased within the last 30 days.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Gently used items, can be returned for store credit only.
All Items discounted more than 50% of original price are final sale, no exchange and refund are accepted.
Shipping costs to return your item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you make exchanges?
No, we do not. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if it is eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@nou-rish.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email us immediately at info@nou-rish.com with your order number as your subject line. If your order has dispatched, you will have to wait to receive your package and send it back to us unopened.
